Inside
Headers are used to keep glue off the roll end and cushion and
protect the ends of a paper roll from damage and crimp marks
during distribution.
Cascades
Sonoco uses innovative and advanced technology to produce
inside headers that offer exceptional performance and protection
throughout production and distribution so paper roll quality
and integrity is maintained.
Designed
to perform on manual, semi-automated and full robotic wrapping
lines, Cascades Sonoco inside headers are die-cut to precise
tolerances of +/- 0.5" (1.27 cm) which means less dust,
cleaner edges, easier separation, and improved quality and
productivity. Porosity levels are monitored through rigorous
quality assurance measures, ensuring high performance and
machineability on robotic lines. Finally, optimum bending
stiffness reduces machine downtime and misaligned headers.
Choose
from a broad range of materials, sizes, weights and porosities.
