Our manufacturing capabilities include extrusion and water-based coatings, which provide solutions across a wide variety of functional barriers, colors, and other required properties. Additional capabilities include flame and corona treatments, printing, die-cutting, sheeting, trimming, slitting and rewinding, and on-line moisturizer.

Extrusion-Based Coating & Lamination
Our modern computer controlled extrusion and co-extrusion equipment coats and laminates papers and paperboard weighing 10 lbs/msf (48 g/m^2) to 175 lbs/msf (855g/m^2). Our quality control systems allow us to control product curl and closely monitor dyne levels for greater consistency. We have the ability to extrude up to 115” widths across a wide range of lighter weight films and woven and non-woven materials.
We specialize in coating a wide variety of substrates including: paper and paperboard, clear plastic films, metalized films, woven and reinforced materials, and a range of extrudable polymers.

Water-Based Coating & Lamination
Our coating equipment allows our technical engineers to develop coating solutions that are recyclable, repulpable, biodegradable and compostable. Our machines coat and laminate papers and paperboard weighing 13 lbs/msf (65 g/m^2) to 175 lbs/msf (855 g/m^2) and up to 87” (2.2m) wide. We specialize in coating a wide range of substrates including paper and paperboard, clear plastic films, woven and non-woven materials, and reinforced materials.
Current solutions include coating materials PVA, EVA, EVOH, PVDC, HDPE and LDPE emulsions, natural rubber, synthetic latex, styrene-acrylic, styrene-acrylonitrile, styrene-butadiene, and PET emulsions.

Toll Coat
We offer toll coating services or we can provide a complete turnkey solution providing substrate and necessary coating and/or lamination structure. All of our plants are ISO Certified to provide the highest level of quality, consistency, and reliability.
